GOLFER IS PROUD TO HAVE THE SAME HANDICAP AS THE PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES
ATLANTA, GA – An amateur-amateur-amateur-pro golfer has rekindled his love for golf after learning that he almost has the same handicap as both the former and current President of the United States.
Reid Bartholomew had almost given up on the sport he grew up playing while drinking. Having seen no improvements in his scores in the last two years, the 36-year-old had all but given up on making a career out of golf.
However, after learning the handicaps of President Biden and former President Donald Trump during the Presidential Debate, Bartholomew has found new hope.
“It was super validating to hear that the Presidents of the United States have the same 6-to-8 stroke handicap as I do,” giggled Bartholomew.
Having taken little to nothing else from the Presidential Debate besides the argument between the former and current president about their golf game, Bartholomew has been nonstop training in the hopes of further honing his craft.
“A month ago, I thought about giving up. Now, I am spending upwards of $500 a week golfing,” he said.
At press time, sources reported that Bartholomew was ecstatic to learn that scratch-golfer Donald Trump is also the Vice President.
